We wanted to share a quick update to help us keep orders organized and avoid any miscommunication.

When placing an order on our website, there is a Notes section at checkout. If you would like your order left outside for pickup, please leave us a note there when placing your order.

Going forward, please use the Notes section instead of sending us a message through Facebook. We don’t always get a chance to check Facebook throughout the day, and our website is connected directly to the system we use to manage and process your orders. Leaving a note with your order helps make sure we see your request and nothing gets missed.

As a small family-owned business, we’re also working hard to create a better balance between work and family and stick to our regular business hours:

Monday–Friday: 9 AM–5 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

We truly appreciate your understanding and your help as we create a simpler, more organized system that allows us to serve everyone better.
