By purchasing this product, you agree to have read through the following artwork requirements and understand White Wolf Prints assumes no responsibility for misprints due to requirements not being met.

• Artwork must be print ready: 300 DPI PNG file with a transparent background is the only file type we accept. Should your artwork not meet these requirements, we may cancel your order. 
• To ensure correct colors are printed, artwork must be submitted in a CMYK print profile. If artwork is submitted in a RGB print profile, your final printed colors may appear off. Programs such as Canva and Silhouette do not allow for artwork to be created in a CMYK profile. To convert to a CMYK profile, you will need to utilize a design program such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw or similar.
• Artwork should be ganged within the size parameters that you have chosen.
• Artwork should be sized to the size you are wanting within the size parameters you have chosen. White Wolf Prints will not edit or resize any artwork submitted for this product listing.
• DO NOT MIRROR your files. Our print program automatically does this for you and this is not something we can edit. Should you mirror your files, your images will print backwards. We will not offer refunds or replacements for this. 
• Images will be printed AS-IS. White Wolf Prints does not offer artwork services. White Wolf Prints will not crop, edit, change colors, change print profiles (RGB to CMYK)  etc. Please ensure your artwork is PRINT-READY as we will not offer refunds for printed artwork.
• By uploading a file for print you are certifying that you have the rights to print the design. White Wolf Prints takes no responsibility for trademark or copywrite infringement and reserve the right to refund a print at our discretion. 
• ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS CAN NOT BE APPLIED TO THIS ITEM. CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL REACH OUT IN THE EVENT THAT A DISCOUNT HAS BEEN USED TO EITHER CANCEL THE ORDER OR COLLECT THE DISCOUNTED AMOUNT. 
• PLEASE COMPLETELY INSPECT YOUR GANG SHEET UPON DELIVERY AND PRIOR TO CUTTING DOWN. ONCE YOU HAVE CUT INTO YOUR GANG SHEET, WE WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO ADDRESS ANY ISSUES. 

*Processing Times:

• General Processing Times for custom DTF transfers and gang sheets is 1-3 business days from the time your artwork is approved. Artwork can take up to 48 hours for approval. This time frame is subject to change with any higher than expected demand. The current processing times will be listed on our home page.

Hot Peel DTF Transfer Pressing Instructions:

1. Pre-press for 10 seconds to remove any moisture.
2. Place garment on heat press and direct to film transfer onto garment with image (right reading) facing up. Cover with parchment paper or Teflon sheet.
3. Press with firm pressure at 300-325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 seconds. (adjust accordingly)
4. Peel (start from a corner with the most ink coverage)
5. Place garment on heat press, cover with parchment paper or Teflon sheet and press for an additional 5 seconds. (adjust accordingly)

• Time: 10 seconds / 5 seconds 
  
• Temperature: 300-325 degrees Fahrenheit (adjust accordingly)
• Pressure: 7-8 / Firm Pressure

This listing is for the DTF Transfer ONLY! You will not receive a finished product, only the transfer itself. Transfer will be applied to a blank product.

Printed transfers will not have a watermark.

Printed transfer colors may very slightly due to different color profiles on devices. 

We are NOT responsible for transfers that are pressed incorrectly.
